Hackney Wick FC founder visited local based Pupil referral unit to provide talks to young people who have been excluded from mainstream schools in the area.
Bobby Kasanga's story which contains his aspiring football dream being dashed after spending almost eight years behind bars uses his experience to help young people to learn from his mistakes, so they can turn their young lives around.
The visits also provide young people with the chance to join the club in a range of capacities, to help build their experience and provide social impact within the local communities
Their was also a talk a the Hackney Wick MyEnds partnership, which featured other charities and services working together toward helping improve community safety. The project funded by the MOPAC's Violence reduction
unit, will see a range of projects and services offered to hard to reach groups in the local area which have included workshops around domestic abuse and violence, mental health and community safety.
