Grassroots community club Hackney Wick FC worked alongside charity Shelter to raise awareness of homelessness and people (and clubs!) in insecure homes, tenancies across the UK.

The campaign which featured celebrities from the football world urges fans to where their away kits to matches on Boxing day fixtures to show solidarity with those who are homeless or have insecure homes. Hackney Wick FC, the club is currently playing games 40 miles outside the borough of Hackney and desperate to get back shared stories from individual staff and players who have experienced some of these issues first hand.
