Grassroots for Good sponsored the "It Could Happen To You", project event to raise awareness of Mental Health in BME communities in London (Lewisham borough) last weekend.
The event featured an array of grassroots community champions and ambassadors with live experience of Mental health challenges, inspiring stories and cultural activities to help break the stigma around the topic, as it is seen as taboo within some communities.
